Yoga Therapist • Functional Nutritionist • Circadian & Hormone Health Educator
Once a computer engineer running on burnout, Shruti’s own health breakdowns led her down a path of deep healing — from painful, irregular periods and chronic fatigue to effortless cycles and energy aligned with the body’s natural rhythms.
With over >2000 hours of yoga training and certifications in functional nutrition, biohacking, and circadian biology, she now helps women rebuild strength, trust, and energy from the inside out — not through extremes, but through science-backed, body-honoring practices.

NITHYA
Pilates Trainer • Yoga & Breath Coach • Conscious Movement Educator
After a high-pressure career in hospitality left her overwhelmed and disconnected, Nithya found her way back to herself through mindful movement.
Now a certified Balanced Body Pilates trainer, >2000-hour yoga teacher, and NASM nutritionist, she combines strength, softness, and self-awareness to help women feel at home in their bodies again. Her approach is rooted in alignment, nervous system balance, and easeful living — both on and off the mat.
